The London Club is a place where you can be yourself and relax in Business-casual attire. Tailored pants, collared shirts and dress/designer jeans with a jacket or dress sweater can lighten up any room. Pull out that skirt you’ve been eager to wear with a blouse or top. Be classy, be smart and be comfortable in your own skin.
Business-casual attire, as described below, is permitted throughout the Club, except for the Front Dining Room.
Regular business attire (Jacket for men and appropriate attire for women) is required in the Front Dining Room.

Business Papers in the Club
Members and guests may take notes or refer discreetly to business papers throughout the Club, except all dining areas.
• Cell telephones and hand-held electronic devices should be muted when entering the Club or set to vibrate.
• Electronic handheld devices (e.g. blackberries, Playbook, iphones, ipads) may be viewed but must be silent and not generate any noises (e.g. rings, beeps, chimes, voices, etc.)
• Electronic handhelds are permitted throughout the Club, except the Front Dining room.
• Conversations into/out of electronic devises are prohibited in public areas, with the exception of the rooms booked for private functions or memberís business office.
Business Centre & Private Rooms
The Business Centre is available for member use. Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. The Business Centre has a computer with Internet access, telephone, fax and printer.
Private rooms are available with advance reservations for business meetings and private functions. Please call (519) 434-6889 ext 223 to book a private room.
Reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner. With increased volumes over these dining periods it is recommended that you have reservations in order to avoid a lengthy wait. Should you not be able to make a reservation please call the Club and notify a member of management.
Reservations are mandatory for all Club Events.
Event Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that members have a fair opportunity to participate and attend the popular events scheduled by the Club a cancellation fee of 100% of the event price will be issued to members who cancel with less than 2 working days notice.
**At the Club’s discretion, there will be no charge for a member who cancels due to special circumstances.**
Wireless connection is available for members and guests who have laptop computers with network cards. Members and guests can log on to our Internet gateway and access their e-mail accounts and the Web from designated rooms in the Club.

In accordance with the City of London by-law, the London Club is designated as non-smoking.
Children are permitted in the Club with parents. It is recommended that reservations be made in the Bowling Alley or J. Allyn Taylor Lounge as these areas are more informal.
Members must register all guests. Members may only bring the same person a maximum of 6 times per calendar year.
